Experience is all about change. With people growing more and more to have less cash on hand, the hotel industry has to pivot to a new way of getting their employees their deserved tips. Mike and Anna Skvortsov‘s vision for Béné Tipping’s was to provide a cashless way for hotel-goers to tip service members.
 
Within a stringent six month timeline, the old existing software system was replaced. This included a revamped new backend admin system for hotel managers and team members and a new web-app for tipping

The admin system had to accomodate hotel management’s multiple properties, encompass an internal ecommerce store for orders, match tips, and more. Front-facing, the web app was to be used quickily and easily for a customer to provide a tip at the press of a finger.


Béné’s partnerships have included Wyndham and Motel6. Béné Tipping officially launched in June 2023.
